Brown Sugar Baked Salmon

My family loves fish. It’s shocking really because they are all very picky but for some reason they love Salmon. I love to cook Salmon because I can Bake it and it’s healthy and easy to make. All important things for me. I typically try and buy Fresh Sockeye Salmon, in my opinion it tastes the best and is supposed to be best for you. I always try to buy wild caught when available.

Ingredients:

2 Lbs Sockeye Wild Caught Salmon

2 tsp Dill

2 TBSP Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Organic Mable Sugar

2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

1/4 tsp Paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper

Prep Time:  40 Minutes

Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Oven Temperature: 375 degrees

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Brown Sugar in a small bowl
  3. Pack Brown Sugar mixture on Salmon and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Place aluminum Foil in the bottom of a baking dish or I use a cookie tray.
  5. Coat baking dish with Olive oil.
  6. Place salmon in the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  7. Mix Maple Syrup and Dill in a bowl.
  8. Coat Salmon with Maple Syrup and Dill Mixture.
  9. Broil at 500 degrees for 2 minutes.
  10. ENJOY
